At foremost you will be working on research projects as a quantitative researcher, developing new and improving existing algorithmic trades for the team whilst managing a team of quantitative researchers including mentorship, task allocation, and hiring. Additionally, you will develop strategies to optimize execution, utilizing market microstructure analysis. You will establish research priorities in conjunction with leadership, traders, and engineers and provide direction for the implementation of research strategies and platforms for production systems.
