OK, nice video but what has that got to do with me ?

We have been retained by a very high profile trading firm that is genuinely different. Their goal is to have a unified view of the markets across time horizons and asset class. They believe silos inhibit the free flow of information and ideas which is why they don't have any.

So is everybody a generalist? Different markets need different specialism!

Good point and yes, within the group there will be specialists in different markets or horizons. There will also be record breaking mathematics Olympians or world authorities on artificial intelligence, everybody pulling together in unison, kind of like an orchestra....

What exactly are they looking for ?

This a multi year journey and they are constantly looking to improve. This involves organic growth and the addition of new ideas and experience. It's less about your specific asset class or market experience and more about your pursuit of excellence. If you have excelled so far and want to continue to grow let's talk.

What's the catch?

There is none. If you want to find out more, even if just out of curiosity, ping me an email at s.grainger@gslsearch.com or use the link below to book time into my diary.
