DevOps Engineer - Amsterdam 

What you'll get up to:

• Develop reporting solutions as our reporting requirements evolve
• Implement upgrades/changes to production reporting environment
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot compliance reports 
• Build and maintain devops toolkit for transaction reporting and other compliance functions including configuration management, process management, deployment, monitoring, data collection, and analysis
• Collaborate across the technology organization to analyse and troubleshoot complex system problems
• Work closely with Clearing and Trade Desk Support teams to coordinate changes and manage incidents
• Work with Clearing and Compliance teams to reconcile trades and position breaks
• Manage and assess operational risk of change control into the production environment
• Define and document process and procedure
• Other duties as assigned or needed

Skills you'll need for the role:

• Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in an IT ops role, such as SRE, DevOps or Applications Support
• Good level of python and shell scripting
• A rigorous, detail-oriented approach to DevOps
• Experience with SQL
• Good understanding of the linux operating system, including network and scheduling
• A deep sense of ownership and urgency
• A strong attention to detail and systematic approach to problem solving
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Flexible, proactive and self-motivated
• Previous exposure to regulatory reporting is a plus
• Reliable and predictable availability Top of Form
